Coating Line For Artificial Leather

The transfer coating process is used to produce synthetic leather. A coating is applied to a release paper using a blade or roller. After drying in an oven, a knitted fabric is laminated to the product. The final product is then separated from the release paper and transferred to the backing fabric.
