Impregnation is a continuous process in which the substrate is absorbed by chemicals to make its structure more stable and suitable for other processes.

The hot air drying and curing equipment can be heated by electricity, infrared or gas.

In the case of gas heating, a catalytic plate can be used in mineral wool, ceramic or metal foam.

We have divided the impregnation equipment according to the products produced:

• Impregnation with PU diluted in DMF solvent

• Impregnation of needle-punched non woven

• Impregnation of composite substrates
